• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and complete the appropriate paperwork and reports.
• Carrying out fault finding, planned maintenance and reactive maintenance for electrical plant.
• Assist other team members when required or as directed from Supervisor / Contract Manager.
• Ensure that all tasks are completed within the contractual time scales.
• Completing electrical installations and upgrades on site.
• Supervision of visiting sub-contractors with regards to standard of work and Health and Safety.
• Adopt a flexible attitude in relation to assisting on other properties within the portfolio.
• All duties carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• To understand and complete all work related documentation accurately and on time.
• To carry out work in a safe and diligent manner.
• To comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures.
• To attend and fully participate in training and appraisal activities as required.
• Undertaking training in mechanical maintenance and assisting mechanical team where necessary.

• Recognised Electrical qualifications/apprenticeship or time-served.
• IEE 18th Edition wiring regulations qualification would be highly advantageous.
• Experience in HV Switching.
• Experience working with power supplies, lighting, meters, circuit boards, pumps etc.
• Able to anticipate and/or diagnose and repair faults.
• Capable of completing essential paperwork in accurate and timely manner.

• Follow Group and company policies and procedures at all times.
• Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment.
• Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received.
• Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and/or via your divisional incident reporting system.
