Client Accounting Advisory Manager / Remote / $$$ / Large Regional CPA firm
Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year

A top public accounting firm based out of the Southeast is looking for a CAAS Manager and Supervisor to support their rapidly growing Client Accounting Services. This person will have ideally supported multiple clients in multiple accounting systems and processes. A CPA is a plus, but NOT required.

Responsibilities
Manage the entire accounting and closing process for a diverse group of clientsUtilize accounting software such as Sage and Quick Books (as well as other systems) to manage financial data and processes.Ensure compliance with GAAP accounting principles and practices in all tasks.Prepare and process payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.Calculate, prepare, and submit sales tax returns in a timely and accurate manner.Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy.Prepare financial reports for clients, providing insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Liaise with clients to address any financial inquiries, issues, or discrepancies.Collaborate with the finance team on budget preparation and financial planning.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably in a client-facing role.Proficiency in using accounting software such as Sage and Quick Books.Solid understanding of GAAP accounting principles and practices.Experience in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and sales tax.Strong skills in financial analysis and reporting.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in performing financial tasks.Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative in resolving issues.Professional certification such as CPA is a plus.Join our team and leverage your expertise in accounting and bookkeeping to drive financial success for our clients.
