Qualifications
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive/Administrative Assistant in our Ellicott City, MD office. This role allows for ability to grow and expand!! you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone inquiries, communicating with clients, and performing everything around a realtor estate transaction from beginning to end.
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Excellent clerical skills, including record-keeping and data entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Experience in a real estate or related industry is a plus
Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate should have a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
