This fast-growing, fast-paced real estate company is seeking a sharp and ambitious administrative professional to provide first-hand support to their C-suite executives and the extended leadership team. This role requires an Executive Assistant with resourcefulness, quick-thinking and a business-minded spirit. Between travel booking, calendar management, special projects, and administrative support, the C-suite will lean on you to be prepared, reliable and proactive in delivering initiatives and keeping the leadership team on track.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a high volume of calendaring, including appointments, meetings, events, and travel booking, prioritizing competing demands, communicating changes and monitoring time throughout the day.
- Assist with office event planning and execution, coordinate with vendors and caterers, prepare event spaces, and provide day of support to ensure the event runs seamlessly.
- Review, edit, and finalize all correspondence and documents generated in the executive office.
- Handle confidential information, prepare documents and presentations, support projects and events, track priorities, and anticipate the executive'sneeds.
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Remain flexible for additional projects and support where necessary, including running office errands, and ensuring that proper coverage is always in place.

- Degreed and experienced. You have a Bachelor's in hand and at least two years of experience working in fast-paced corporate environments. Prior administrative experience supporting high-level principals / executives is a must!
- Microsoft extraordinaire. You function quickly and efficiently across PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel and pick up new programs with ease.

This salary listed reflects the anticipated compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, location, business considerations, and internal equity. Final offer amounts are determined at the employer’s discretion.
