M-Line General Contractor is looking for an experienced and dependable Foreman to join our growing team.
M-Line specializes in wet utility installation and repair
, providing full-scope utility services for infrastructure, site development, and public and private construction projects.
Position:
Foreman
NOW HIRING: FOREMAN
The Foreman will be responsible for overseeing daily field operations, coordinating crews, maintaining jobsite safety, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and according to plans and specifications.
Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate field crews and subcontractors
- Oversee daily wet utility construction activities
- Read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and utility drawings
- Ensure work is completed accurately and according to project requirements
- Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, engineers, and other contractors
- Monitor jobsite safety and ensure all safety procedures are followed
- Assist with scheduling manpower, materials, and equipment
- Identify and address jobsite issues as they arise
- Maintain productivity and quality standards
- Complete daily reports and communicate project updates
- Train and provide direction to crew members as needed
- Previous experience as a construction or utility Foreman
- Experience with
water, sewer, storm drain, or other wet utility construction - Ability to read and understand construction plans
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of proper trenching, excavation, and jobsite safety procedures
- OSHA/Safety training is a plus
- Valid driver's license
Experience in wet utilities is strongly preferred.

Pay:$30 - $40
Schedule: Monday - Friday / Overtime / Night work
