The Office Manager plays a critical leadership role in ensuring the daily operations of the practice run smoothly and efficiently while supporting a positive and productive team culture. This role requires a balance of operational oversight, patient experience management, and team leadership.
You will be the backbone of the practice — guiding the front office, supporting clinical teams, and helping drive practice growth while maintaining the high standards our patients expect.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support front office operations, scheduling, and patient flow.
- Coach and develop team members while fostering a positive office culture.
- Oversee insurance verification, treatment plan coordination, and collections.
- Monitor daily schedules to maximize efficiency and patient care.
- Support the doctors and clinical team with operational needs.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and dental industry regulations.
- Track office performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure every patient experience reflects our standards of service and care.
- Previous dental office management or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of dental insurance, scheduling, and treatment coordination.
- Experience with dental software systems (Denticon experience is a plus).
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

The pay range for this role is: 50,000 - 60,000 USD per year(MECD)
