Salary Range: $20.50 - $20.50 Hourly

At Linwood Center, we’re looking for Therapeutic Behavior Aides who are patient, motivated, and ready to support students throughout their day. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills, be part of a supportive team, and make a real difference in students’ lives.

• Support students in the classroom and during daily activities
• Help implement IEPs and behavior plans
• Assist with academic tasks and engagement
• Support students during transitions throughout the day
• Collect basic academic and behavior data
• Help students build daily living and social skills
• Support vocational and community-based learning activities
• Work collaboratively with teachers and the classroom team

• We provide CPR certification
• We provide Professional Crisis Management (PCM) training
• Ongoing support and guidance from supervisors and teachers

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• Experience working with individuals with autism preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Patience, flexibility, and a willingness to learn
