The opportunity:

As an electrical engineer, you will design and integrate advanced radar systems to enhance the electronic warfare (EW) capabilities of various platforms. You will transform mission‑systems requirements into improved EW performance, support the Mission Systems team in working with OEMs, and develop future technologies within the EW discipline.

• Design, develop, and integrate radar and EW systems for diverse platforms.
• Collaborate with OEMs to enhance performance and incorporate advanced technologies.
• Analyze and refine system designs and algorithms to improve overall performance.
• Work with engineering teams to modify designs and optimize system integrations for warfighter capability.
• Provide technical input for design reviews and performance assessments.

• Experience in electronic warfare systems.
• Knowledge of systems integration challenges within the EW domain.
• Ability to work in a team environment and improve system integrations.
• Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field.

• Experience with modern Navy SPY radar systems.
• Experience with the SETR process.
• Knowledge of contracting mechanisms and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) reporting.
• Knowledge of EW tracking systems.
• Ability to analyze designs and provide technical inputs to improve performance and integration ease.
• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Top Secret clearance.
