Senior Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with people at all levels within the organization
• Evaluating existing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Developing new approaches that support operational growth and efficiency
• Contributing to analyses and projects focused on distribution operations
• Developing activity-based costing and labor models
• Supporting warehouse management system implementations
• Designing new facilities and implementing new automation and material handling solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in industrial engineering, supply chain operations, or a related technical field
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in an industrial engineering, supply chain, distribution, manufacturing, or similarly complex operational environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills, including experience working with complex formulas
• Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing conditions
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across functions and levels of the organization
• Experience leading cross-functional projects
• Experience working with external vendors
• Experience extracting, analyzing, and summarizing large data sets to communicate findings clearly
• Experience implementing and supporting warehouse management systems, automation systems, or material handling equipment.
