- Support Government activities in Sterling, Virginia, or Annapolis Junction, Maryland
- Provide support and engineer solutions for email and email retention systems
- Develop a roadmap for Enterprise infrastructure
- Design, implement, integrate, and maintain on- and off-premise Exchange solutions
- Develop system architecture and system design documentation
- Provide technical leadership for integrating requirements, design, and technology
- Incorporate new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations
- Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment and preparation of system engineering management plans
- Prepare system integration and test plans
- Ensure technical integrity of work performed and deliverables in the Systems Engineering area
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- Must currently possess and be able to obtain Top Secret SCI + Polygraph
- U.S. citizenship required
- 10+ years of related experience
- Must meet DoD 8570 IAT Level II requirements, including one of:
Security+ CE, CND, SSCP, GSEC, GICSP, CySA+, or CCNA Security - Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education, technical certification or training, or work/military experience
- Experience with Exchange Edge installations and management
- Experience testing and vetting new hardware solutions
- Knowledge of ATO and project management processes
- Experience certifying products for use in production networks
- Experience with Power Shell
- Experience with Active Directory
- Skills in complex systems, Microsoft Exchange Server, and systems development
- Less than 10% travel required
Demonstrates expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining Exchange solutions while providing technical leadership in systems engineering. Possesses strong capabilities in system architecture, integration, and compliance with DoD standards.
