We are hiring experienced Loan Officers who want to 10x: A-Players who are tired of being limited by their current lender or broker's bureaucracy, high rates, and high rates. This role is designed for producers who already understand the mortgage business and want the infrastructure, deal flow, and product access to grow their volume significantly. In 2025,

- Originate residential mortgage loans from application through funding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients
- Analyze borrower financials and structure optimal loan solutions
- Manage a consistent pipeline while meeting or exceeding production goals
- Provide clear and effective communication and service throughout the loan process
- Stay current on guidelines, products, and market trends
- Active NMLS license
- 3+ years of mortgage loan origination experience, ideally on correspondent channel
- $4M+ in funded loan volume within the past 12 months
- Strong work ethic with a driven, resourceful mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong knowledge of loan guidelines and compliance standards
- Highly motivated producers who take ownership of their results
- Professionals who move fast and solve problems proactively
- Team players who elevate the client and partner experience
- Individuals comfortable operating with accountability and performance expectations
