Seeking a full-time FDI Administrator & Developer to join the Enterprise Data & Insights team as the go-to authority in HCM/Payroll FDI reporting. You'll maintain the Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence Warehouse, build reports and dashboards, and enable data-driven decisions across the business. Reports to the Data Delivery Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain the Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse — semantic models, reports, dashboards, and FDI customizations
- Manage technical aspects of FDI ERP/HCM implementations, including data migrations, integrations, and custom development
- Administer users, roles, and data access; enforce security and data privacy policies
- Design data integration processes and semantic models for analytical reporting
- Monitor and optimize FDI performance (queries, pipelines, system resources)
- Document processes and provide training/support to end-users and technical teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (equivalent experience considered)
- Expert-level knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM/Payroll analytics within FDI — subject areas, data pipelines, semantic models
- Strong background in data warehousing, ETL, and integration; experience with Oracle ADW and SQL Developer
- Excellent SQL, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills; familiarity with data governance and security standards
