About Big Impact TechBig Impact Tech (BIT) is a Small Business providing IT and business management consulting to federal and commercial clients. We deliver mission-focused solutions in data, cloud, cybersecurity, and program management.
Responsibilities- Understand all technical aspects of the Service Now implementation including process and solution integration, workflow design and configuration, integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc.) and reporting
- Provide support for Service Now by troubleshooting a variety of difficult software problems, implementing bug fixes and performing root cause analysis
- Perform basic no- to low- code configuration of Service Now such as catalog items, workflows, form views, choice lists, dashboards, portal, etc.
- At least two years of experience with Service Now development, including core ITSM tables, Glide, scripting, UI actions, scheduled jobs, business rules, client scripts, data imports, custom apps, and a development method
- At least three years of experience with Web development, including Web Services, X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, jQuery or Angular
- Demonstrated ability delivering core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and CMDB
- Demonstrated experience with Service Now APIs and integration
- Demonstrated experience developing solutions consistent with architectural standards and Service Now best practices
- Demonstrated ability planning and executing platform upgrades and application releases through Production and Preproduction environments
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and the ITIL framework
- BS/BA degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related IT discipline
- Additional four years of related professional experience can be substituted for a BS/BA degree
- Service Now Certified Applications Developer (CAD)
- Service Now CIS IT Service Management or other similar Service Now certification
