Cambridge Global Advisors (CGA) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Washington D.C., specializing in cybersecurity and AI technical assistance and capacity building for governments and international organizations. We are currently seeking a Project Deputy Director to support a U.S. government program.
About the RoleThe Deputy Project Director will provide project support on a U.S. government program, including preparing and maintaining project files and periodic reports. The position will monitor work progress across all project activities and components, help coordinate deliverable submissions, and support Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). The role requires project management and technical skills sufficient to troubleshoot project-related issues, including SME-raised concerns about deliverables, before they need to escape to the Project Director.
The Deputy Project Director will report to the Project Director and is a full-time position.
- Provide day-to-day project support on a U.S. government program
- Prepare and maintain project files and periodic reports
- Monitor work progress across all project activities and components
- Coordinate deliverable submissions
- Provide project support to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
- Troubleshoot project-related issues, including deliverable concerns raised by SMEs, before they need to escape to the Project Director
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, or related field;
Master's degree preferred - Minimum 7 years of experience in cyber or digital policy, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, or capacity building
- Demonstrated international experience for 3 years minimum, preferably in the Indo-Pacific region
- Active security clearance:
Top Secret - Professional certifications required: CISSP, CISM, AI-based training or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience providing technical assistance to foreign governments
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in [Mandarin/Bahasa/other Indo-Pacific regional language] preferred
- Full-Time Position
