We're supporting a fast-growing AI and data consultancy founded by experienced leaders who have delivered some of the most complex Palantir Foundry implementations across government and enterprise environments.
This team partners directly with customers to solve high-impact operational challenges, transforming complex data into production-ready workflows, analytics, and AI applications that drive real-world decisions. If you're looking to work on meaningful projects with significant ownership while remaining deeply technical, this is an opportunity to do exactly that.
What You'll Do- Deploy directly alongside customers to solve complex operational and mission-critical problems.
- Design, configure, and implement solutions within Palantir Foundry.
- Build scalable data pipelines using SQL and Python across structured and unstructured data sources.
- Translate customer requirements into technical solutions, operational workflows, and long-term platform strategy.
- Develop dashboards, applications, and operational tooling that become embedded within customer workflows.
- Diagnose performance issues, optimize existing deployments, and improve platform scalability.
- Partner with senior technical and business stakeholders, leading workshops, technical discussions, and solution design sessions.
- Mentor teammates and contribute to delivery best practices across multiple engagements.
- Proven hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry.
- Strong Python and SQL development skills.
- Experience integrating and transforming complex data sources.
- Comfortable working directly with customers in highly collaborative environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or another quantitative discipline (or equivalent experience).
- AWS Gov Cloud, Azure Government, or other cloud platform experience.
- Kubernetes and Docker.
- Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM), PPBE, or OSINT exposure.
- Experience delivering solutions in fast-paced startup or consulting environments.
- High ownership with meaningful technical responsibility from day one.
- Solve real-world problems that have measurable impact.
- Exposure to cutting-edge AI, data engineering, and operational analytics.
