Sales Operations Analyst

• Serve as the main technical point of contact for resolving Workspace for Government operational issues
• Manage customer account changes and troubleshoot support requests, ensuring timely resolution via JIRA
• Drive customer requirements gathering and oversee order fulfillment within Cisco Commerce Workplace
• Partner with multi-functional teams to develop, document, and continuously improve federal sales processes
• Lead ad hoc projects and manage multiple simultaneous customer engagements
• Serve as the primary operational contact for federal account teams
• Influence the development lifecycle of federal offerings while maintaining exposure to high-priority customer needs

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in program execution, operations, or the software development lifecycle
• Proven ability to manage multi-functional programs from conception through integration and support
• Technical proficiency with software-based troubleshooting or support environments
• Must be willing and able to achieve and maintain a Top Secret security clearance
• CompTIA Security+ CE – IAT Level II preferred
• Experience with security applications or networking technology within a government or highly regulated sector preferred
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to communicate technical and business complexities to varying levels of management preferred
• Basic understanding of software programming or scripting languages preferred
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and flexibility to adapt to changing mission priorities preferred
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to perform work on U.S. Government classified environments and, where required, on U.S. soil

Demonstrates expertise in program execution and operations within the software development lifecycle, with a focus on managing multi-functional programs and customer engagements. Proficient in troubleshooting software-based environments and maintaining compliance in government operations.
