BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Weekend Start of Care (Admissions) Registered Nurse to join our team! This position serves adult and geriatric clients on a per‑visit basis for Start of Care/Admission visits within their homes throughout Howard County, Maryland. Current Home Health and Oasis experience is required.

Required schedule:
Thursday through Sunday between 8:30am–5:00pm.

As a home care RN, you will be an integral member of a multidisciplinary health care team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients, enabling them to receive the medical care needed to remain at home.

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient’s needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients’ conditions; report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders
• Perform client assessments as necessary
• Case management and coordination
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state‑of‑the‑art touch‑pad tablet

• A current license as a Registered Nurse in Maryland
• At least one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program (transcript or diploma)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned

Base pay depends upon qualifications: $55.00–$65.00 per point.
