Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) – Full Time Evening Shift (3PM – 11 PM)

Ellicott City Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate and dependable Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) to join our team for the 3p to 11p evening shift. In this role, you will provide essential daily care and support to our residents, helping to ensure their comfort, safety, and quality of life.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Help residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
• Take and record vital signs as assigned
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and infection control guidelines

• Current GNA certification in the state of Maryland (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

• Full-Time Evening Shift: 3p-11p
• Includes every other weekend and rotating holidays
