Supervise up to 15 Meat/Seafood associates and assist the Meat/Seafood Manager with department direction.;
Interviewing and training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; assist in performance appraisal; rewarding and disciplining associates.;
Addressing complaints and resolving problems within the department.;
Ensure adherence to Harris Teeter policies and applicable laws in supervisory duties.;
Carry out essential duties in alignment with job requirements and company standards.
