- Associates degree and 7+ years of experience; OR Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience; OR Master’s Degree and 3+ years of experience; OR 0 years with PhD. However, four (4) years of additional relevant experience or specialized training will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
Peraton is seeking a Partner Experience Specialist in our Linthicum, MD office in support of our Department of Defense (DoD) customer as part of a highly talented, highly motivated, and high-performing team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of cyber investigations, digital forensics, cyber threat analysis, and mission support in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will contribute to protecting national security interests by leveraging technical expertise, analytical skills, and innovative problem-solving to address complex cyber challenges.

- Foster effective relationships with senior-level government officials and stakeholders.
- Develop process documentation, SOPs, and OIs for the Strategy and Partner Engagement Team.
- Plan and execute engagements with USG, senior government leaders, foreign government, and other entities.
- Regularly interact with Directors to gather information and coordinate attendance to engagements.
- Maintain an up-to‑date engagement and conference tracker for record keeping and metrics usage.
- Contribute inputs and updates on future engagements and conferences for the weekly Enterprise Meeting led by our customer's Exec Director.
- Prepare for engagements, including tailoring the Mission Brief, creating visit itineraries, validating VARs/clearances, and coordinating with Facilities on upcoming visits.
- Assist in the organization and hosting of large-scale events with over 200 attendees.
- Perform necessary administrative tasks, such as taking meeting minutes and managing calendar invitations.
- Leverage a strong understanding of DOD policies and strategies in all interactions.
- Build and manage complex relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team setting and adapt to shifting priorities.
