All Roads Acura in Ellicott City, MD is seeking skilled Automotive Service Technicians to join our team. We are looking for mid‑level or higher technicians who can confidently handle both routine maintenance and complex repairs with minimal supervision. Prior experience with Honda or Acura vehicles is highly preferred.

• Flat rate pay: $25–$35 per hour (based on experience)
• Sign‑on bonus up to $5,000 for qualified candidates

• Perform routine maintenance and quality inspections
• Diagnose vehicle malfunctions, including electrical and engine issues
• Record brake pad and tire wear measurements
• Complete fluid flushes and system services
• Perform in‑depth repairs on Acura and other vehicles
• Mentor and support Express Technicians
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Handle additional duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of automotive technician experience
• ASE certifications preferred
• Acura or Honda certifications a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and work efficiently
