This contract-to-hire role requires at least 2 years of heavy equipment experience, strong safety practices, and the ability to perform general labor tasks as needed. You will work outdoors, with roughly 60% equipment operation and 40% labor, and a pay range of $35.00-$40.00 per hour plus
