ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TS/SCI POLYGRAPH LEVEL IS REQUIRED. If you are a collaborative leader with a passion for driving innovative systems engineering and mentoring cross‑functional groups, we want you on our team! We are looking for a technical lead to front a multidisciplinary team of software and Dev Ops engineers, ensuring our capabilities scale to meet critical real‑world requirements.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between high‑velocity software engineering and automated deployment infrastructure. You will develop micro services, scale distributed data flows, optimize system monitoring frameworks, and ensure mission platforms remain stable, resilient, and cutting‑edge.

• Technical Team Leadership
  :
  Proven experience serving as a technical lead for a multi‑disciplinary team of software engineers and Dev Ops engineers.
• Backend Engineering
  :
  Robust development experience constructing scalable microservices using Java and the Spring framework, alongside proficiency with the Linux CLI.
• Dataflow Management
  :
  Strong experience developing and maintaining NiFi workflows, creating customized processors, and coordinating cluster expansions to handle high‑velocity data.
• Containerization & Orchestration
  :
  Solid experience with container technologies (Docker, containerd) and enterprise orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
• System Monitoring
  :
  Demonstrated familiarity with systems performance tracking using tools like Grafana and Prometheus, combined with Git for version control.

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field) preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

• Automation Pipelines
  :
  Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) principles and automated deployment platforms like Git Lab CI and ArgoCD.
• Search Infrastructure
  :
  Experience integrating and optimizing distributed index networks like Open Search or Elasticsearch for rapid data retrieval.
• Cloud Architecture
  :
  Exposure to data management and ingestion over the Amazon HCI platform.
• Agile Collaboration
  :
  Superb debugging, documentation, and communication skills with an ability to operate effectively within an Agile development environment.

The annual base salary range for this role is $205,000–$242,000 (USD). Actual compensation offered may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.
