Sinclair Digital is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Development Managerto lead and empowera talented team of software engineers. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of high-quality software, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment, and ensuring the continuous growth and development of your team members. • Lead a team of software engineers,fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performing environment

• Manage the entiresoftwaredevelopment lifecycle, from project planning to deployment and maintenance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them intowebapplication features and functionality
• Fostera culture of continuous learning and growth, while continuing to coachandmentorthe engineering team
• Managetheengineeringteamtoadheretostandard software development lifecycle and maintain high coding standards
• Staycurrentwith the latest technology innovations, tools, and best practices

• Bachelor's degree in computer scienceor equivalent experience
• 6+ years of software development experienceina management role
• Experience as a Software Development Manager or similar leadership role
• 5+ years of experience inweb applicationdevelopmentor native application or equivalent experience, with a focus oneffectiveinteractiveUIsandUX design principles
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of developers todelivercommittedgoals
• Experienceindeliveringacross multiple platforms simultaneously
• Experience developing Cloudbasedor native desktop applications
• Knowledge of multiple development frameworks and tools across Mac, Windows, and Linux
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail

The base salary compensation range for this role is $150,000 to $180,000.Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans,flexible spending accounts, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
