Estimator - Timber Frame & Custom Construction

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets
• Perform material takeoffs from drawings
• Price lumber, timber, hardware, and finishes
• Solicit and compare subcontractor/vendor quotes
• Collaborate with sales, project management, design, and production teams
• Support proposals and pre-construction planning

• 3+ years estimating or project management experience in construction, carpentry, residential construction.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
• Strong Excel, estimating software, and organizational skills
• Bluebeam or CAD experience
• Detail-oriented with practical building knowledge
• Timber frame, carpentry, or residential construction experience preferred
• Able to think practically about how buildings actually get built—not just what’s on paper
