Requirements- School Smarts: High school diploma or GED.
- On-the-Job Know-How: 1+ year of machine operator/manufacturing experience.
- Built to Move: Can lift (up to) 40‑50 lbs, stay active, and handle the grind.
- Crew Mindset: Show up on time, stay safe, and have your team's back.
