• $18–$26/hr (DOE; up to $26/hr for experienced apprentices)
• Support in earning your State of Connecticut S, D, or B license

We’re looking for an Experienced Apprentice HVAC Installer who can help install heating and air conditioning systems according to Homestead Comfort’s high‑quality standards while learning side‑by‑side with our skilled technicians. You’ll ride along with our cutting‑edge team to gain hands‑on experience, build the technical confidence needed to become a Lead Installer, and consistently maintain a safe and professional work environment.

This position works full‑time, Monday–Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (or until the job is finished), with overtime as needed.

• 1+ years of heating and air conditioning experience
• Apprentice card
• High school/Technical diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Basic safety knowledge of tools and surroundings
• Ability to follow directions and comply with all safety rules
• Willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes

• Excellent verbal communication
• Professional phone etiquette
• Strong interpersonal abilities
• Energetic personality
• Well‑organized and able to work independently
