In this leadership role, you start your day early, preparing to support your team and ensure every job meets the highest standards. You're out in the field alongside technicians, guiding, troubleshooting, and coaching them in real‑time. When challenges arise, you step in to provide clarity and direction, helping reduce callbacks and ensuring customer satisfaction. Throughout the day, you balance leadership with hands‑on support, continuously developing your team while maintaining efficient field operations.

• Valid driver's license
• CT Trade License (D or S license)
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
• Ability to pass a background check

• Monday‑Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Daily start time: 6:45 AM
• Typical end time: 4:00‑4:30 PM
• Includes backup coverage for technicians on weekends
