Quick Overview
Pay: $45.00 - $55.00/hour (based on experience), along with a sign-on bonus and spiff pay!
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm, with some overtime as needed. There is an on-call rotation, after which you'll work half-days!

- Current Connecticut HVAC license (B, D, or S)
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

You’ll be traveling throughout your service area in a company-provided vehicle to meet with clients, assess their heating and air conditioning systems, and complete top‑notch repairs and maintenance services. With a positive and professional attitude, you’ll communicate service options to clients, answer questions, and build lasting professional relationships. You’ll demonstrate your exceptional diagnostic skills, problem-solving abilities, and mechanical aptitude as you do whatever it takes to get the systems back in peak operating order.
