WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:Our Certified HVAC Service Technicians typically work from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday
, with some overtime if needed. There are on-call shifts, with half-days after your rotation!
You'll be visiting clients' homes, speaking with them about their heating and cooling needs, and then getting to work inspecting their systems. Once you've diagnosed the source of issues with heating and air conditioning equipment, you'll explain service options to the homeowner and gain their approval before completing the appropriate repairs, replacements, and maintenance services. We're looking for someone who can treat clients respectfully and independently complete high-quality work.
CertifiedHVAC Service Technician Requirements:
- Current Connecticut HVAC license (B, D, or S)
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Ability to travel throughout our service area (Hartford and Tolland Counties)
- Genuine desire to help others
Our ideal candidate is willing to keep learning and is ready to develop new skills. Effective communication and customer service skills would be helpful!
COMPENSATION:Pay: $45.00 - $55.00/hour, depending on experience and qualifications
