Every day brings a different problem to solve. You might start on a residential roof removing and reinstalling panels, then head to a commercial site to run a robotic panel cleaner or troubleshoot a system that’s down. You’ll swap microinverters, test equipment, dig into system data, and track down root causes—not just symptoms. You’ll work independently, manage multiple priorities, and make decisions when the pressure is on.

Some days are structured; others are chaos. That’s where you shine. You’re hands‑on, analytical, safety‑minded, and action‑oriented, with the confidence to find the answer, communicate it clearly, document your work, and get the job done right.

• 3+ years solar service experience preferred
• 1+ years commercial experience preferred
• Possess and maintain a valid and clean driver's license
• Willingness to work overtime
• Must be able to work on a roof
• Must be able to lift to 100 pounds
