Total Potential Compensation $75.5k-$79.4k /year, up to $95.5k with overtime
  • Annual wage compensation $33.5k-$37.4k/year, up to $51.5K/year with overtime

POSITION OBJECTIVE

This person will be an integral part of the Leadership Team, developing and managing all onboarding and training processes for the restaurant.

POSITION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design and implement onboarding and training systems and processes
  • Train, coach, and develop both new and existing members of our team while tracking progress;
    Set goals and help the team achieve them
  • Implementing and updating changes to systems and processes in order to improve team efficiency and guest experience
  • Ensure continuous execution of food safety standards and a commitment to excellence with guests
  • Hold team members accountable to all Chick‑fil‑A standards, policies, and procedures; ensure proper coaching, and disciplinary actions when necessary
  • Provide clear, kind, and consistent communication and feedback
  • Think strategically for the business; collaborating, adjusting, and propelling the business to reach goals
  • Be a source of encouragement and positivity for the team, acting as a cheerleader and celebrating wins big and small
  • Engage with, challenge, and motivate the team to accomplish difficult and hard‑to‑reach goals while inspiring those around them to have fun and build life‑impacting relationships with the team and guests
  • Uphold a culture of striving for excellence
  • Meet regularly with Leadership Team and the Owner/Operator for continued training and personal development, as well as to execute the overall vision and grow the overall success of the restaurant
