Production Operator

Ellisville, MO is calling—and you can be the hands-on difference on the production floor. I’m excited to share an opportunity for a Production Operator where you’ll perform assembly, disassembly, rework, installation, and soldering work while following production procedures and supervisor direction. Job Title: Production Operator

Pay Range: 18.77

• Start up equipment (where applicable) and ensure machinery is in safe operating condition at the beginning of each shift.
• Complete and sign the daily safety checklist (machine guard checklist) and follow all safety procedures.
• Attend Tier I meetings with the group leader and receive daily production instructions.
• Perform production line operations using visual aids, verbal and written instructions, and specifications provided by the leader or trainer.
• Maintain quality and safety by performing first-piece inspections/releases (where applicable), stopping work when there is a safety risk or scrap increases, and escalating issues immediately to the group leader or supervisor.

• No experience required; completed elementary school education.
• Availability to work overtime and holidays when required.
• Ability to understand and follow workplace safety requirements.
• Manual dexterity and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Teamwork skills and a responsible, committed approach to daily production.
