Ellisville Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our caring team in Ellisville, MO. You will monitor residents, administer medications, and support daily living activities while coordinating with RNs and physicians to deliver high-quality care.
We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus, a $500 referral bonus, and weekend pay with evening/night-shift differentials to boost earnings for shifts from 3pm–11pm, 11pm–7am, and weekends.
