• Columbia, MO (throughout Mid-Missouri)
• Ellisville, MO (greater St Louis area)

Job Type: Full-Time

• Install products according to company standards and client specifications.
• Ensure all installations are completed efficiently and to the highest quality.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and other team members to meet project deadlines.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns during and after installation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• 3 years proven experience in construction or installation roles. Must provide photos of your prior projects.
• Plumbing experience required.
• Experience with Tub-to-Shower conversions is required.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
