Kids Peace is seeking a full-time Human Resources Onboarding Specialist to support our Human Resources Department and lead the onboarding process for new employees. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys working with people, managing details, and ensuring a positive first experience for new hires in a mission-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources Department

* Coordinate and administer all aspects of the new-hire onboarding process, including orientation, background checks, required clearances, and documentation tracking

* Prepare, maintain, and audit employee files in compliance with policy and confidentiality

* Create and maintain employee records and complete orientation registrations

* Serve as backup support for HR filing for current and terminated employees

* Utilize Microsoft Teams and other communication platforms to collaborate effectively

* Create, edit, and manage HR documents using Adobe Acrobat Pro

* Perform additional duties as assigned

Required

Skills & Qualifications

* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

* Experience with communication platforms such as Microsoft Teams

* Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Pro

* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

* Prior HR, onboarding, or administrative experience preferred
