Schedule:
- Full-time contract hours
- Flexible shifts may be available depending on the department's needs
- Deliver compassionate, culturally sensitive care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians
- Administer medications, track vital signs, dress wounds, and assist with mobility as required by patient care plans
- Support physicians and registered nurses during patient exams and procedures
- Accurately document all care provided, following all compliance and patient privacy regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, patients, and families to ensure optimal care outcomes
- Observe patients and promptly report any changes in condition
- Current and active LPN license
- Successful completion of an accredited LPN program
- Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced environments
- CPR/BLS certification required
