Backroom Team Associate

Hourly Wage: $17 - $30 per hour (equal to or exceeding the applicable minimum wage)

Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Stocking associates are responsible for unloading trucks and stocking new freight, spending the majority of their time in the backroom. Associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.
