RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE - Full Time opportunity with Benefits and PTO + 60 Day Stay Bonus of $500!

• 8 hour shifts scheduled between 7:30am to 6:30pm
• Work every other weekend, dedicated day off per week
• Overtime + Holiday pay on holidays worked
• Full Time, $16.00-$18.00/hr + benefits package!

The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for daily operations of our retail store including, but not limited to, proper merchandising of sales floor, packaging our world‑famous cheese curds and “cut and wrap” cheeses, food service production of sandwiches, pizzas and deep‑fried curds, conducting register sales, maintaining store cleanliness and inventory as well as, and most importantly, providing exceptional customer service. All other duties appropriate to the position or as assigned.

• Provide exceptional customer service with authentic kindness
• Run store registers to process guest transactions
• Assist guests with finding and selecting products

• Food service production of ice cream, sandwiches, pizzas, meat/cheese trays, deep‑fried food items, cut cheeses
• Package and seal cheese products per food safety regulations
• Properly document and record cleaning check lists, temperature logs and in‑store production records
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace according to Good Manufacturing Practices

• Merchandising of store sales floor, coolers and freezers
• Lead and execute opening and closing store procedures
• Ability to obtain Wisconsin Responsible Serving of Alcohol and Food Safe Handline Certificates and Operator’s license
• Follow all current company policies and procedures
• Assist in all retail areas as needed; other duties as assigned

• Reliable attendance and on‑time arrival required
• Ability to read and follow directions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Eagerness and willingness to learn and work in the dairy industry
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Basic computer knowledge preferred
• Experience in Retail or Food Service desired

• Ability to lift 40+ lbs. occasionally
• Stand for up to 8 hours per shift
• Pass a drug & alcohol screen as well as a general background check
• Retail & Food Plant environment; must adhere to all food, retail and plant safety policies and regulations
• Work with chemicals for cleaning purposes

Must be 18 years of age as required by policy.

* Stay Bonus awarded after 60 days of successful employment and paid through regular payroll.
