• Mini-Split Heat Pump diagnostics
• Mini-Split Heat Pump Repairs
• Cleaning Mini-Split Heat Pumps at our clients' homes and businesses
• Drive to and from job sites
• Ability to read and understand service instructions to maintain our clients’ heat pumps.

• Experience with customer support
• Clean driver’s license and ability to pass a background check with flying colors
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Integrity, fairness, respect and compassion
• Strong work ethic, high achievement, and a willingness to work hard

• Must have three references
• Must have hand tools; power tools, ladders, and specialty refrigeration equipment will be provided
• Must be a team player

Full time, 40+ hours per week, flexible schedule.
