- Mini-Split Heat Pump diagnostics
- Mini-Split Heat Pump Repairs
- Cleaning Mini-Split Heat Pumps at our clients' homes and businesses
- Drive to and from job sites
- Ability to read and understand service instructions to maintain our clients’ heat pumps.
- Experience with customer support
- Clean driver’s license and ability to pass a background check with flying colors
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Integrity, fairness, respect and compassion
- Strong work ethic, high achievement, and a willingness to work hard

- Must have three references
- Must have hand tools; power tools, ladders, and specialty refrigeration equipment will be provided
- Must be a team player
Full time, 40+ hours per week, flexible schedule.

Schedule- Typical start time: 7AM
- Typical end time: 5PM
- Monday to Friday; weekends as needed
- 8‑hour shift; overtime pay available
