Job Duties:

• Manage daily Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities
• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, amortizations, and reclassifications
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet account reconciliations
• Review shipment activity and resolve billing discrepancies
• Process vendor invoices, reconcile vendor statements, and resolve payment issues
• Generate customer invoices and apply incoming payments
• Support audits, special projects, and continuous process improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 2-4 years of accounting experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or General Accounting
• Manufacturing or supply chain experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of GAAP
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas)
