- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment to meet deadlines and resolve issues.
Work Environment
This is a fully onsite role due to the handling of physical documentation and reports. Standard working hours are approximately 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The position is based in a Grade A office space that is connected to a warehouse, offering a professional office setting with proximity to operational areas. The environment is team-oriented, with a collaborative and supportive management style that encourages communication and problem-solving.
Work involves extensive use of computers, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and other office equipment to manage, scan, and produce documentation for compliance and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Edit and format various documents, including letters, reports, protocols, spreadsheets, data tables, and PowerPoint presentations, to ensure consistency and professional quality.
- Scan physical documents and convert them into accurate, final electronic versions for storage and distribution.
- Create final documents using electronic letterhead, report covers, and embedded signatures in Adobe Acrobat.
- Collect, scan, and validate incoming project data early in the week to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Perform data entry, report compilation, and quality checks during mid-to-late week to meet project timelines.
- Collaborate frequently with team members to identify, investigate, and resolve data inconsistencies or gaps.
- Provide administrative support such as call routing, phone support, and general office administration as needed.
- Deliver courteous and responsive customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing of documentation to support compliance and reporting needs.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
