** The Department Support Assistant III will provide advanced administrative support to the executive and senior management of the Surgical Services team at Endeavor Health. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle complex tasks in a dynamic healthcare environment. This role will report to, and support the system Vice President, Surgical Services & Anesthesia.
Overall responsibility for supporting ongoing business operations for the department, including maintaining communications, organizing and completing department tasks, supporting program coordination. In addition to...
* Serve as the primary point of contact for the service line executives (Directors), managing schedules, correspondence, and communications.
* Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and conference calls, ensuring the efficient use of their time.
* Draft, edit, and proofread executive-level emails, memos, reports, and other documents.
* Ensure all communication is professional and reflects the executive team's voice and objectives.
* Maintain and update documents, records, and databases with the utmost accuracy and adherence to healthcare regulations.
* Generate and compile reports, data analyses, and presentations for executive decision-making.
* Collaborate with executives on special projects and strategic initiatives, conducting research, data analysis, and presenting findings.
* Process invoices, monitor spending, and reconcile financial statements for the executive team.
* Oversee office operations and supplies, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
* Assist in the onboarding of new administrative team members and contribute to their training.
* Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
