The ideal candidate has dealership experience, with prior vehicle warranty processing knowledge preferred.

• Process vehicle warranty claims efficiently
• Ensure vehicle warranty paperwork is complete and accurate
• Verify claims meet factory or distributor criteria
• Reconcile warranty receivables with payments according to accounting schedules
• Follow up on rejected claims and resubmit or process write-offs as authorized
• Stay up to date on factory recalls, service bulletins, and warranty policies
• Maintain a professional appearance and organized work area

• Previous dealership experience (Warranty Admin. or Service Advisor experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of dealership repair order and warranty processes
• Basic accounting or reconciliation experience
• Proficiency with computers and dealership management software
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
