This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inventory Control Analyst based in Elmhurst, IL. The Inventory Control Analyst will oversee and improve inventory accuracy, maintain appropriate stock levels, and supervise physical inventory processes. Daily responsibilities include tracking inventory data, identifying discrepancies, analyzing inventory trends, and implementing strategies to optimize inventory management. Collaboration with on-site personnel, customers, and outside vendors to ensure seamless inventory operations is also a key aspect of the role.

Handling RMA and warranty claim process with customers and vendors.

• Proficiency in Inventory Control and Inventory Accuracy
• Experience in Physical Inventory and Inventory Management practices
• Strong Analytical Skills for monitoring, assessing, and improving inventory processes
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in inventory software systems and data entry
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
• Experience working with HVAC or similar industries is an advantage
