Responsibilities- RFP and RFI responses; create proposals and maintain a repository of approved proposal content.
- Create dynamic presentations and market intelligence reports; support lead generation and enhance pipeline velocity initiatives.
- Engage with prospects throughout the buyer journey to convert them into customers.
- Develop and maintain materials that articulate the value of healthcare logistics to the sales team.
- Support sales initiatives, including creation of messaging, visual communication, and digital experiences to support lead generation.
- Coordinate prospect events, trade shows, and conferences on behalf of sales and marketing teams.
- Partner with the sales team to support their lead generation efforts and ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Ensure all promotional activities reflect Med Speed’s mission, culture, and brand.
- 7+ years of relevant B2B proposal, RFP writing, and presentation experience (healthcare marketing experience preferred).
- Experience launching marketing and sales initiatives to achieve objectives.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing or related field.
- Ability to think like a prospect and understand their priorities and goals.
- Collaborative work style that facilitates effective teamwork across departments.
- Excellent time management and project management skills.
- Strong commitment to quality and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Strong business acumen.
- Willingness and ability to perform both strategic and tactical aspects of the role.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Hub Spot).
- Proficiency with RFP knowledge base platforms (such as Qvidian), PowerPoint, and other presentation tools.

The salary for this role ranges from $110,000 to $120,000, depending on experience, skills, and location. A discretionary bonus is also available.
