Why Join Us?

This position is an excellent opportunity for an emerging construction leader to step into project coordination and management while gaining broad exposure to the interior construction process — from preconstruction support through close‑out and final delivery on commercial interiors work.

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience
  • Performance‑based bonus opportunities
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match
  • Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays

  • Support coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
  • Help prepare and track submittals, RFIs, change notices, and shop drawings.
  • Attend jobsite meetings and assist with meeting minutes and progress reporting.
  • Support procurement activities and help manage material deliveries.
  • Assist with project close‑out activities, punch list coordination, and turnover documentation.
  • Maintain positive communication with clients, architects, consultants, and internal teams.
