Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Superintendent in managing all on‑site construction activities from start to finish.
  • Support coordination and supervision of subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
  • Help maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Monitor daily jobsite operations including safety, quality control, and productivity.
  • Conduct site walks to ensure work is performed in accordance with plans and specifications.
  • Assist with logistics planning, material deliveries, and site organization.
  • Participate in subcontractor meetings and help drive accountability on‑site.
  • Track and report project progress, identifying and escalating potential issues early.
  • Enforce company safety standards and maintain a clean, organized jobsite.

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in commercial construction (field or project engineering experience preferred).
  • Exposure to ground‑up or industrial/commercial projects is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of construction means & methods, sequencing, and scheduling.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented field environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow into a lead Superintendent role.

Education &

Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent field experience).
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
