Auto Dealership Assistant Service Manager / Dispatcher
Previous Dealership Service Department Experience is Required

Compensation: $100,000 – $125,000 Annually (Base Salary + Performance Bonuses). Full-Time Position that Requires Evening Shifts and Saturdays.

You will:
  • Manage daily service drive operations and customer interactions
  • Dispatch repair orders and balance technician workload for maximum efficiency
  • Monitor shop productivity, repair order cycle time, and workflow bottlenecks
  • Support Service Advisors with communication, process flow, and customer updates
  • Resolve customer escalations with professionalism and urgency
  • Assist the Service Manager with scheduling, reporting, and operational planning
  • Maintain high CSI scores and uphold Toyota service standards
  • Previous auto dealership service department experience is required
  • Toyota dealership experience strongly preferred
  • Proven experience with dispatching and managing workflow in a high-volume shop
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Availability for evening shifts and Saturdays
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality and efficiency
  • $100,000 - $125,000 yearly compensation includes a competitive base salary plus performance bonuses based on shop performance
