Service Advisors greet customers and complete service write up process

Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes

• Service Advisors greet customers and complete service write up process
• Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
• Service Advisors remain involved with delivery of vehicle to customer upon completion to assure all customer concerns are addressed
• Know automobiles well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding the customer's vehicles
• Maintain strong communication with technicians

• Service Advisor experience is preferred but not required
• Honda experience preferred but not required, will train new hires
• Must be motivated and energetic with strong customer and communication skills.
• Must be able to multi-task in a very busy environment.
• Reynolds experience is a plus
• Valid Driver's License and clean record
